We are profoundly sorry if you are not satisfied with the product(s) after receiving it. We would like to return and replace the product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product(s) has not been opened.

- B) REFUNDS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS.Replacement and refunds can only be applied for faulty products. If for any reason there is a problem with your purchases, we offer a 1 year warranty from order purchase date. This means we offer a replacement product or full refund less shipping.
- a) If your product is defective upon arrival cause by the carrier, notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving.
- b) Other defective issues: Refund request must be submitted within 15 days of order received.
REFUND PAYMENT:
- For the amount on the original purchase receipt;
- By refund to the original payment account only;
- No cheques or other forms of refund will be used
- Postage costs will not be refunded.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS:
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE:
All quality issues must be reported within the stated period of time. After this time we can not issue refunds because quality could have been compromised outside of our control or environment.
